The rooms are luxurious and elegant, and are complete with a spacious terrace overlooking the snowcapped mountains and very good views, as for instance. The breakfast choices are excellent with wonderful views and fresh strawberries, for instance. The hotel has a great location on the tub area.
Views are awful.

Location next to the coastline of the Beagle, and the mountain. The breakfast was exquisite and excellent, the location was exceptional. Excellent customer care, parking by the hotel.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

It was a stunning and exceptional location so close to the restaurant in the hotel, Reinamora and glacier martial in 2. I was happy, the standard room I booked came with excellent views and pastries and a comfy bed. Every staff member was courteous and welcoming.

I was blown away by the breathtaking view of the Beagle Channel from the hotel's terrace. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh strawberries and cherries. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the serene beach right in front of the hotel, where I spent some unforgettable moments. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional stay.

The view from our window was amazing. We were grateful for the help provided by the manager. The free WiFi was very helpful. We loved having an onsite restaurant like Reinamora so we didn't have to go anywhere else.

I loved good-sized and luxurious room in this hotel.
The restaurant was lovely for dinner here, I had outstanding dishes. The bedroom was spacious and had a spectacular view of the mountains. The location was beautiful - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

I truly enjoyed beautiful and lovely location of this hotel.
It was a small luxury place, had very helpful staff who are committed to customer service. Location: the hotel was right by the restaurant in the venue, Reinamora, local jams and butter and the glacier.

This hotel is located in a guarded private neighborhood overlooking the Beagle Channel, offering stunning and ever-changing views. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel special, with personalized service starting from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The rooms are comfortable with lovely views of the channel, and the breakfast, which is included in the rate, offers a wide selection of options.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The views from our room were breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve. We also loved the shuttle service provided to key locations in the area. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of local treats to try.
Our stay was on the pricier side, and the room lacked some basic amenities. We wished there was a couch to relax on and enjoy the beautiful views.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel with breathtaking views. The hotel's shuttle service was a plus since it helped me navigate the difficult terrain from the main city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a range of activities that catered to guests of all ages and interests. that, I enjoyed the spa's services, which were delivered in a professional and timely manner.
The hotel is located far away from the city's main attractions, making it difficult to explore what the town has to offer. The hotel's restaurant lacked enough variety, with few vegetarian options, which made it challenging for me to find something that suits my diet.

Stunning location, exceptional facilities, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views, well-equipped fitness center.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I had a luxurious and exclusive experience at this hotel. My room had outstanding views of the sea and mountains, and its classic decor was solid and charming. All my needs were fulfilled: the L'Occitane amenities in the bathroom and the fully-equipped gym, indoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna made me feel pampered. The restaurant and bar had excellent options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with attentive and friendly staff. I loved the location, surrounded by magic and beautiful nature, with the possibility to take a shuttle to the city center or call a taxi.
The only minor issue I had during my stay was the limited beach access. Although the hotel had a privileged location on the banks of the sea, the beach area was limited and not suitable for long walks.
